The best way to avoid unpleasant situations is by having your site always up to date. For that reason, we check and update you site weekly with the latest versions of wordpress, themes and plugins.
If it’s going to happen it will happen. You might accidentally delete something or it might be something that an intruder did. Isn’t that why we have the backups for? We will restore your site ASAP.

* Tech support is provided via via email, support ticket and Skype. You can use those hours in the month however you like. It can be for formating and publising your articles, or for SEO advices on how to make your articles more “friendly” to the search engines. They can also be used for Social Media coaching, Blogging tips or just use for some minor changes on your blog. Like installing a new plugin and configure it for you. The tech support hours can’t be roll over to the next month. If you need more hours than your current plan provides, we are going to bill you, our rate is $20/hour.
